1. What is included in the flat rate price?
Our flat rate covers the cost of the vehicle and chauffeur for your private transfer. Tolls, parking fees, congestion pricing and gratuities are not included. These additional charges are applied at the time of service only if necessary.
2. How many passengers can your sedans and SUVs accommodate?
Our executive sedans comfortably accommodate 1 to 3 passengers and the following luggage options:
✔ 2 carry-on bags, or
✔ 2 standard check-in bags (50 lb each), or
✔ 1 extra large check-in bag (70 lb).
3. Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Upon request, we provide child seats or booster seats at no extra cost. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare your vehicle.
4. How long will the driver wait for me?
For airport pickups, we include up to 1 hour and 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands.
For hotel or residential pickups, we include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
5. What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. We monitor all flights in real time. Your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically at no additional cost.
6. Is tipping included?
Tips are not included and are completely optional. If you wish to tip your chauffeur, you may do so directly or add it when booking.

8. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made up to 12 hours before pickup are free of charge.
Cancellations made after that window may incur a fee due to vehicle and chauffeur allocation.
